Our Yoga class at Pac Heights Kidz is not just about feeling good, it’s about recognizing your feelings. During yoga class we strive to make children aware of their emotions, problem solving skills, breathing exercises, and overall wellness. The class fully navigates through each emotion for our friends to fully comprehend their problem solving skills and apply them at school or at home. The class not only focuses on the ancient yoga flow such as vinyasa, but extends to puppet performances, emotions charades, and even homework exercises to do at home as part of a bonding routine with family!
